[Identified] Earlier this week, we received a notification from the service that supports the PrestoStream Portal that our access to this system would be ended in the coming week. While we were already working on a solution, the service was stopped before that date. Our team has worked swiftly to redirect everyone’s streaming portal to a new page we have created that includes the embedded player, but there will be work left to do to include the functionality to allow for the complimentary streaming logins. We anticipate this will be completed by September 9. In the meantime there will not be a way to utilize complimentary logins. We understand this is a busy time of the year and the least opportune time, but know that we are working quickly to resolve this and create a new complimentary login service. Further, we will be working to migrate your existing complimentary logins to this new system. Again, we apologize for the delay in service.
